Custom Cupcake Order Request

Thank you so much for your interest in placing a custom cupcake order!

Here's how the process works:

  1. Submit this Request Form – Fill out all the details about your cupcakes request, including quantity, date, theme, and design choice.
  2. I’ll Review Your Request – I’ll review your submission and respond within two business days to confirm availability, pricing, and any details.
  3. Receive an Invoice – If your order is approved, I’ll send you a secure Shopify invoice via email. You’ll be able to pay using debit/credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo, or PayPal.
  4. Your Order is Confirmed – Once your invoice is paid in full, your order is officially confirmed! 🎉

Pick-up will be from my home bakery on Weeping Willow Drive in Sarasota, Florida, or delivery is available for an additional fee. *Please allow at least one week notice for all custom orders. You're always welcome to submit a request and I’ll do my best to accommodate you if I have availability!*

I understand that my order will only be confirmed once full payment is received.
If payment is not made within 48 hours of receiving the invoice, the order may be canceled to allow space for other requests.
A confirmation email with pickup details will be sent within 48 hours of payment.
